Regular Servicing
We carry out all regular servicing intervals for all Harley Davidson Motorcycles ensuring that you keep you bike in tip top condition. We use quality OEM parts and can carry out servicing without voiding your warranty.
Full Diagnostics
Using Daig-4-Bike professional diagnostic tool for Harley-Davidson workshops and tuning centres. It enables us to perform diagnostics of electronic fuel injection modules and others (i.e. security modules, ABS etc.) through the diagnostic connector on the vehicle
Engine Rebuilds
We can carry out a full engine strip and rebuild or alternatively carry out upgrades such as Gear Driven Cam Upgrades, Oil Pump upgrades. Can Chain tensioner replacement. Sportster conversions 883 to 1200. Crank replacements and Crank runout checks. Whatever you want to do just ask.
Electrical Rework
Fitting and configuring of Engine Tuners such as Vance and Hines FP3, Power Commander and Thunderheart. Replacement of stock indicators with miniature LED indicators. Fly by wire cable extensions. LED Daymaker Headlights, you name it we can do it.
Handlebar Replacement
This is often a complicated process involving wiring through handlebars, cable extensions, brake line replacement and clutch cable replacement. We do all of these things in house and can usually have them all completed within the day.
